Tulane ended the 2012 season with a 2-10 record, 2-6 in C-USA play to finish in a tie for fifth place in the West Division. The Green Wave began spring practice on February 13 and the annual spring game will take place on Saturday, March 9 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Tad Gormley Stadium.
