TCU 2013 Spring Preview
TCU had a mediocre 7-6 record in their first year in the Big 12 (4-5 in conference). Head coach Gary Patterson and the Horned Frogs open their second Big 12 season tomorrow, March 1 with the commencement of spring practice. Nick of the TCU blog Frogs O War breaks down the Horned Frogs for us in our TCU 2013 spring preview.

Tend to agree here. I thought TCU would be a sleeper Big 12 pick but they are beginning to look like a favorite. I think they have an outside shot of National Championship. Probably wouldn’t touch them though because 1 bad Big 12 loss kills that hope.
I’d say based on their recruiting rankings (which as we know has a very strong correlation w/ winning a NC)they have little chance of winning a NC. But the Big 12 isn’t out of the question.
They definitely could be one of your sleeper/undervalued teams this year. Especially if Pachall comes back and they avoid the injury bug.
