No he didn’t buy it back. It was a newsletter exclusive pick (he posted it on the site just before kickoff).
Well that was quite a day, NOT a good one here. Couldnt come close to the Newsletter numbers with NW and the KSU under both winners. I did manage to find and beat ALL the rest of the Newsletter numbers with the other 3 games, just wrong sides as Mother said there would be days like that.
Frustrating day. Tough beat with Ole Miss. And don’t even get me started on Nevada. They must have thought it was Christmas. After going up 21-14 they started giving Fresno free gifts in the red zone on every possession in that disastorous 3rd quarter.
Very frustrating. I had two pushes on the week (FSU total where I could have had the better number, 51, had I wagered it earlier in the day) & Penn St +9 ….. in both games a safety cost me the win.
Got hot last night and ran off three straight wins and had Nevada even at HT, and then like GS said, they just handed the game to Fresno in the 3rd quarter.
Despite all that I still should have had a winning week, but added ASU over & Arkansas +14 late in the morning. Bad moves that ended up costing me.
So you mean to tell me that if you would have stayed with 7 plays instead of 9 you would have gone 4-2 and had a profitable week instead of 4-4 and a losing week..??

I push on uva -1 but gladly after being down 10 in the 4th qtr as my largest season win total is miami u7 which now can’t be a loser and can guarantee profits if i decide to hedge over the last 2 games (mizz u7.5 other win total already a winner)

i would take that every week and run to the bank…

Trent, you were 100% correct this week. Believe me I have been kicking myself all day for “pressing” those final 2 games. 4-2 would have been just fine …. 3-1 would have been even better.
As you know I have no problem pulling the trigger on 10+ games each week as long as I believe they are +EV. In retrospect those last 2 games were not +EV.
hey pez and saber…i played penn st as well .what did you guys think of the goal line fumble call?
I was in a room full of Nebraska homers and not a single one of them would admit that was a TD. I guess Spielman and myself were the only ones that could see that the ball obviously broke the plain and was then knocked out.
Very disappointing.
