Pezgordo’s College Football Picks – YTD: 45-43 ATS
5-5 last week on posted picks. Three of the losses (Wisconsin – Purdue U, Fresno State +7.5 & Tennessee +3) could have easily gone my way.
Mixed results for my season win totals selections. My Oregon State O 4.5 wins has already cashed as the Beavers are sitting 5-0 and ranked in the top 10. But my Auburn O 7 wins and my Utah O 7.5 wins both look lost. However, my UCLA O 6 wins is looking real good and Iowa’s upset of Michigan State last week was a big boost to their O 7.5 wins. Tennessee O 7 wins is not looking great, but the easy part of their schedule kicks in after the Alabama game.

Nice picks for the week, Pez. Do you have a lean for the Cal-Stanford game ATS?
I hope they work out this week mrsolodolo21. I’ve been spinning my wheels since week # 2. I lean Cal +2.5 in what should be a close game. Cal has the offensive advantage with playmakers at WR (Allen) and at RB (Bigelow, Sofele & Anderson), but it’ll all depend on QB Maynard. The guy is really inconsistent. ASU & USC completely shut him down while he had great games against Ohio State and UCLA.
Since I am taking a shot on the under I am hoping he doesn’t have too good a day. Stanford QB Nunes is even worse so far this year.
I think Cal wins in a close one, 24-20 type game.
