Pittsburgh has found a way to stay near the top of one of the best division in hockey despite significant and extended injuries to Sidney Crosby and Jake Guentzel. Today, they are looking to complete a three game road sweep out West.

Arizona is coming off a frustrating road trip themselves, as they were held to zero goals between their Tampa Bay and Carolina visits, but will now get to come home to a more familiar setting.

Arizona has lost five straight this season against the Penguins including a 2-0 loss in Pittsburgh in December, but expect them to have taken some time to prepare for a better outing. Though we may know by now that Pittsburgh is highly resilient, Arizona’s setting and complex travel through various climates and altitudes may shake the rhythm up a little bit, as the Penguins rely heavily on momentum and puck possession.

I think Arizona has the tools to disrupt chemistry at home on generally lower quality ice conditions, and this will be a good spot to get them at plus value. Look for a trend to buck tonight.
