Georgia Tech has a very easy schedule (it looks a lot like the schedule they went 6-6 against last season) but for them to go 10-2 they are going to need more than a “tiny bit of luck”. Remember, this is a team that got blown out by MTSU last year.
I think you can chalk post-season Georgia Tech up to a team that was fighting in the locker room on game day (USC) and a team that was unmotivated to play a 6-6 team in a Championship Game (FSU).
Tech will be better this year but 8-4 or 7-5 season a lot more realistic than 10-2 or 9-3.
10-2 does seem overly optimistic. All four of their road games look tough. I agree that 8-4 looks like it would be a fine season.
