Wisconsin won the Big 10 last year and represented the conference in the Rose Bowl. They also ended the season 8-6 and were only 2-6 versus teams with winning records. Andy Coppens, the managing editor of MadTown Badgers helps us out today with our 2013 spring preview of Wisconsin.
