The conference of quarterbacks should be loaded again in 2013. Other than Arizona losing Matt Scott and USC losing Matt Barkley, everyone else in the PAC 12 will be returning their starting QB. Or in the case of Cal, they’ll thankfully be starting someone else at the position other than Zach Maynard.
