Jimmy Singh College Football Week #14

YTD – 27-26
I would like to wish all the readers a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you all have a great holiday week and be merry and eat and be safe! I am trying to get my card out early since it will be a busy time for everyone late. The write-ups may be a little short.
Tulane +13 at Rice
too many points here. Rice has only beaten 3 teams by double digits this year and that is LaTech, New Mexico St and UTEP. Those are some of the worst teams in the country. Rice shouldnt be a team favoured by almost 2 TD’s especially vs a Tulane team that has played much better this year. The problem late into the season was when QB Montana was dinged up but he seems to be much more healthier here as well. Tulane has only lost twice by double digits as well vs Cuse and FAU. I see this one being close and Tulane does have a shot here to pull an upset.
Minnesota +15 at Michigan St
Minnesota has showed me alot this season. They continue to improve and have been playing good two way football. Michigan St already has a place in the Big Ten Title game and this win doesnt do a whole lot for them as compared to going into the Title game fully healthy. The only thing a win would do is with a loss in the Big Ten title game, it may give them an outside BCS shot. If they lose and beat Ohio St, they are Rose Bowl bound regardless. I do expect a good effort from Mich St but I think Minnesota can present them some problems as they are decent on both sides of the ball. I see a Mich St win but by around a TD.
Nevada +14.5 vs BYU
I think this is too many points here as Nevada can score and BYU defense hasn’t been exactly stout. BYU should be able to put up points on Nevada on offense but I can see a high scoring game and I am think 14 here is too much. Nevada is also off a bye and should be healthier than they have for most of the year.
Additional Plays:
Fresno St -8.5 at San Jose St
Miami -2.5 at Pitt
TCU +13 vs Baylor
I will add some totals and team totals once they are released.
