YTD 10-10

Things went well last week with a bounceback 5-2 week.  I feel good to get a great 2nd half of the year as I feel strong about a lot of teams. If you follow my plays, I will be posting throughout the week when I feel a line is good. I will tweet out that I have a new play and have their thread updated. Some lines I want to get out early as I feel they won’t be there.

Bowling Green -3 vs Toledo

I feel this line is a little short. I feel Bowling Green is the better team here and coming into a better sport situationally. Bowling Green has impressed all year outside of the Indiana game. They came into the year with a strong defense and backup QB to start the year Johnson has made this offense quite dynamic. They are a well rounded football team that should have went into Miss St and came out with a win.  I am also high on Toledo as a team, however they don’t have a defense you can really trust and going on the road vs a well balanced team will be tough for them. The situation favours BG since they come off a bye and Toledo is their toughest opponent until they get Buffalo at the end of the year for what will be the Mac East title and a sport in the Mac championship. Toledo comes off gameplanning for the triple option and the turnaround is usually tough. I feel this line should be over a FG and will end up over a FG by Saturday.

BYU -7 vs Boise St

Big game  on friday and I think we are getting a generous line here. Boise St is not as good of a team as in the past and the oddmakers have been lining name almost based on name alone. Their defense gives up points and BYU seems to have found their mojo on offense, moving the ball on Houston and Georgia Tech quite easily, Having a healthy WR Hoffman definitely helps and it’s no coincidence that their offense started clicking with his return. Losing QB Southwick is a tough loss for Boise St however they really lost him at the start of the Nevada game and were able to move the ball without him. However going on the road in a hostile environment will be a tough task.
