I think we have a real nice situational play here tonight with the Bucks. Milwaukee should be highly motivated in this one as a win will clinch home court advantage throughout the playoffs. Everyone is feeling healthy again and they should be at full strength in this game. I’ve said it before but I think tonight they try hard to clinch the top seed and then can start planning to rest players accordingly heading into the playoffs.
On the other end of the spectrum, Philadelphia is a 99% lock on a 3 seed no matter what happens in these remaining 4 games. They have lots of injuries, last I checked today Embiid, Butler, and Reddick are all questionable tonight. Partly from injury, soreness, and it’s the 2nd of a back to back and 3rd in 4 nights. There backup James Ennis is also out from injury.
I think the 76ers aren’t going to put much emphasis on winning this game as they can’t really move from the 3 spot in the seeding. And with so many question marks on who is going to play, and all the different lineups they have been using lately I don’t think they will have much rhythm either. If (when) they get down they are likely going to take a cautious overall approach to this game in my opinion and that’s why I like the Bucks here laying 4.5! Good luck!
