At first glance Indiana St is nothing more then a .500 team sitting at 14-14 overall, facing a nationally ranked 25-3 Wichita St state team. So a 9.5 spread for the visiting Shockers looks like a good bet but if we dig a little deeper I see a strong case for Indiana State tonight. Indiana St has won four of their last five at home with their last loss being to Northern Iowa by 10 points. This is Indiana St’s last home game of the season and last chance to make any impression that they are a legitimate team. Indiana St is undervalued at home due to their poor overall record and lack of production on the road. Meanwhile Wichita State is playing a sandwich game, coming off a massacre at home against Evansville before having their game of the season at home vs Northern Iowa this Saturday. This is a big look ahead spot for Wichita State as they lost their previous game at Northern Iowa.

Wichita State is not garnishing as much action on their side as I expected, only 58% on the spread, but they are one of the most heavily bet money line teams for the day. The line has held steady at 9.5 but I expect a dip before game time to 9.
