NOTE: I post opener on Twitter on Sunday without writeup so please follow my twitter account @jimmysingh9. I have had closing line value of close to 2 points on all plays posted on average so please follow and look for plays around Sunday evening. I am not a huge advocator of closing line value but the majority of plays that I post move in my favour, so if you wait, you will not be able to get them. Most lines are available at BetOnline and 5dimes, two reputable sportsbooks.
Last week started out great with a 3-0 start but ended up being a losing one. Heading into Saturday, I knew we would be in tough with Florida St bet. I call that very very flukey, the Jameis Winston situation. That could happen any time randomly. The moment the line dropped, it was too hard to hedge out and not risk losing both bets. Also the So Miss loss was a tight one that stung. OT could have gotten us a cover as well but a blocked PAT got us the loss.
I have had 0 lucky wins so far this year and about 5 unlucky losses IMO. It should balance out though.
This week is a tough one. The sportsbooks did a great job with the lines and hard to find alot of value.
Old Dominion +2 vs Middle Tennessee St risking $220 to win $200 (you can bet this game up to -2.5)
South Carolina -5.5 vs Missouri risking $330 to win $300(bet this up to -6.5)
Bowling Green -7 at UMass risking $321 to win $300(bet this only till 7, the line is lower so you should get a great #)
Washington +7.5 vs Stanford risking $321 to win $300(bet up to +7)
Notre Dame -9.5 vs Syracuse risking $214 to win $200 (don’t bet past this #) I apologize this week for the lack of writeups. I have been extremely busy. I will have writeups every other week. If you have any specific questions for the plays. Please post a comment or send me a tweet and I will reply as soon as a I see it.
