TheSaturdayEdge will be hosting a weekly pick’em contest for our readers. This is your chance to prove yourself as a legitimate handicapper, have fun, and win some cool prizes (plus the all-important bragging rights) in the process.

This year, we are running the contest through Yahoo! Sports. Here are the details on how to sign-up:

1. Go to: https://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/college/register/joingroup

   • You will need a Yahoo! account to join.

2. Enter the following information, make your weekly picks against the spread, enter your tiebreakers, and win prizes!

3. There will be one weekly prize (a two week Saturday Edge Premium Package) given away to the top entry each week.

Here is an example of how the “selection page” of the contest works. There will be spreads posted every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (depending on line movement), with a final line determined on Thursday of each week. That is the spread that will be used for the week (listed under ‘Final’). You need to make a selection in every game listed, and fill out all the tiebreakers in order to give yourself a chance to win. You are not penalized for getting a pick incorrect. The winner is determined by whoever gets the most picks right (with tiebreakers as necessary).
